Allen, are you saying that these complaints recently are because the stock is up? Is it up? Since when?

I don't hear anybody screaming "overvalued" lately and I'm just looking for some current information to indicate that they have solved whatever problems have existed (are you suggesting that they have had NO technical or customer service problems?) and that the business drivers they used to brag about are still growing at a pace to justify the current (or a higher) price.

If you don't want to hear from people who have experienced real problems (or simply inept, arrogant customer service), then stop posting the claims that you have never had problems. For every "no problem" post, you generate at least two "E*Trade sucks" rebuttals.

Unlike some who seem to prefer shutting their eyes and ears to complaints or bad news, I believe that the vast majority of both complaints and defenses on this thread are honest. Yes, negative opinions are usually expressed forcefully while most with positive views sit quietly, but that doesn't mean that the complainers are lying or stupid or short.

Best of luck with your accounts and any position you may have in EGRP.

Bob
