>>> I guess it doesn't help to have public disagreements between analysts and company representatives.

I thought the same thing last night as I read your post...generally not a good idea to insult the host in his own home. Especially when he's King for a Day.

I was surprised by the market reaction today and can't understand it.

After reading the last 20 or so posts, today's stock action is starting to make sense. A couple negative comments from analysts (both shown as unfounded), whisperings of Microsoft becoming competitor (name brand association mentality at work --- in this case without just cause), and some insider selling (Whipple was founder of predecessor company, whose name I can't recall). Is it any wonder the stock took it on the chin.

I talked to a highly respected analyst at the conference today and he said he listened to the presentation, likes the company, likes the concept, and will do some more homework before buying in. I would imagine others will do the same.

Just my take.

Pat

Thanks for the response...I assumed it was Knight, and stand corrected...I tend to be a long time investor, except for stocks like Preview Travel, which also presented...bought at 15 sold today at 21....but I think they will be a good long term buy...best...
