Alex, may I kindly remind you not everyone has password access to URLs you happen to post. While we appreciate your heads up alerts, w/startling headlines such as "CENTRAL BANK NEWS!!!!!!!", if one cannot access that sight, one is neither informed by your attention grabber nor kindly disposed to the messenger as a result of inability to access. Then those disenchanted parties may miss something they really need to hear the next time you cry ".....!!!!!"
