The records will show that I (and others) were foridden to give out information...Michael Rehtorik was the only one you were to talk to. Mark, if you were not involved in getting press releases early, why were they only sent to (1) you (2) Silverman (3) Essay (4) Furth in advance. And, why did you and Silverman fly to meet each other just prior to the "sell of Congress." BTW Mohamed wrote the agreement/offer on his own wordprocessor...do you know who wrote the press release? It came from California. Mark, I hesitated to publish a website or post because I knew you, Essary, etc. would give me a hard time. If you honestly did nothing, why not let the issues come out? Why not get the facts? It is a matter of record that you were on a special list for advance press releases. How could you deny that, the same cover sheets were used for all 4 of the advance faxes of the press releases? BTW ask Tod Pauley how long he and I and talked before the "seams burst" at GIFS. Because I perceived you so close to Rehtorik, Essary, and Silverrman, of course any answer I gave you was guarded. I do recall your questions, but they were always followed by a long call to Rehtorik. Had I told you that Essary and Rehtorik had just been plotting to discredit Pauley where would I have would up. I suspected and still do that you were telling him that I was the "leak." By the way, Mark, you do know that this scenario involves a lot more than just fraud, deceit, etc. You know that two men were executed during the "briefcase incident" and that they had ties to Mohamed and his mineral assessment of the rubies and gold.
