Question re. CC...

When Ms. Love (God, I love her name!) asked Ira about the stock buyback he stated something to the effect: "Well, it's out there. No one seems to be all that interested right now, but, well, well let the board determine how long to leave the offer out there. I should be around 4MM shares" (NOT a quote). Does he mean:

1) No one wants to sell what they got. I would assume that there is enough stock in MM accounts to enable FAMH to buy 4MM shares.

-or-

2) The company is not whole hearted about the idea?

-or-

3) They want some special pricing arrangement, and no one is interested in THAT...

Also - are they required to file with the SEC some form re this buyback? I would think that since they want to become a fully reporting co that they would start doing that, even if not required...

Thoughts?

PS - Jane, what beach? My (sometime) roommate has a place in Hollywood and I like to hang out there. Are you familiar with Perris Valley?
