I've been checking on the CPQ web site regularly and there has been hugh improvements made on their direct order system. For fun compare it with Dell side by side. CPQ prices are lower but more significantly the CPQ web site is far easier and quicker to use. Maybe Dell could use some CPQ servers.

<g>. BTW, I also "received" a call from Investor Relations on
Monday of this week after I sent an email to them (I posted this oh,
around 1000 posts back <g>), and basically, I was told the same
thing as the Dr. reported just now. The "tone" (read: non-concern
for shareholder), from the individual (I think it was a Laura also)
bothered me more than the message (which was a whole lot of nothing).
