Matt: I'm willing to spend the nickel on the phone call. Tell me exactly for whom I should ask. Who there will be willing to talk to me? Who will be willing to give straight, truthful answers? Give me the name of the person there at Araldica I should call. Don't stop with just a phone number. I've played that game before. ..........."Oh, that would be .... and he/she is out of the office." So, Matt, give me the name of the Araldica contact and a time when that individual can (not might) be reached. It'll be kind of like scheduling an appointment.
