Hi SoCal, Property values are low here on the North Coast compared to the prices out your way. However, if you ban me from residency, who will you use for village *IDIOT*?? When I moved here from Cleveland, Ohio, the average IQ of both communities went down!! Usually I pat myself where ever it's convenient; do I have to just use my back??? Yes, it was a good week and a good month for my net worth. Too bad VLSI didn't hold up until Monday so I could report a great February!
