Let me just strike a cautionary note in relation to this '500%' figure. The first is that this relates to number of banks not to number of connectable bank customers. As the smallest banks can be a 100th of the size of the largest, who are (on average) faster to implement such services, the real growth that this represents will be much smaller.

Also, the question was related to bank expectations, and in such a new area, it would be typical for some of them to be late (especially those trying to do it in-house, rather than with CF say).

Aside from that, less significantly, I'm not sure what the base is from. Note that the research was probably done sometime early '97, and the growth was effectively over an almost two year period.

Of course, it's still quite positive.
