RE: Shareholder Class Action Suit. I thought this was kind of interesting. I went to the "Securities Class Action Clearinghouse" site (http://securities.stanford.edu/), and they have some statistics from the past 2+ years. These in particular stuck out: Most frequently sued industry: High Tech. Percentage alleging insider sales during class period: 55% Sounds pretty familiar. ;) - Michael Coley - wwol.com

reseller, well not everyone gone yet. have to admit after the last earnings statement it threw me for a loop. however, info internet stocks are booming (ex. seek). they will boom then next a way to preserve all that info.. mark my word after the intenet info stocks iom will see favor especially w/ adding the clik now isnt its time but when it is im hoping for a market rocket. hoping im right. good luck
