richard; titan i believe is run by oilmen .olex is run by moneymen paper sherdders because of turn over of debentures and it doesn;t seem like it has a plan . I DONOT BELIEVE THE MANGMENT OWNS FIFTY PERCENT . TITAN was suck into olex by the early takeover scheme thought by some Idoit. ALL SHAREHOLDERS would be happy and you can tell they splint alot of the assets but olex has many differnt advisors and Ideas that aren t very SHARP so,They cannot sale the major asset to another {shellcompany since they cannot tell anyone.
