"other investors are showing positive interest."

In what are they showing the interest, what is there to buy?

Confused!

Still watching.

Yes Pat, I think you have missed something. The LAST thing Preletz said to a number of us STLC shareholders was that STLC has no assets, has no net worth, is going to be bankrupt and, this is most important, IS NOW WORKING FOR THE DEBTORS IN POSSESSION. How can he be looking out for STLC shareholders while working for debtors in possession? I think the shareholders he is working for is his new holding company. Those of us who hold shares of STLC have and still believe STLC has asset value well in excess of valuations given to the bankruptsy court. Unfortunately, STLC management feels they no longer work for us.

As for the people buying this stock, a recent post called our attention to an "investor" who bought 60,000 shares and wondered why people said it was worthless. I guess I would be more interested in why he/she felt is had worth. Obviously, this investor did little to no research on STLC or he would have stumbled upon the most recent SEC filings. If I were looking at STLC for the first time, I wouldn't spend a penny on speculation as to what may be happening with the company. All your questions are good ones Pat, but unverifiable through normal means. If something other than ignorance to the public facts is driving this stock, it is beyond my ability to find it or understand it. Our stock is classified as "E". Class E stock will be voided. Maybe I'm missing something.
