Well I suppose I did miss something, If Preletz did tell a number of share holders why didn't he tell the rest of us. Possibly because it has not been decided in court. (there was not any verification that this was the case only that the DEBTORS IN POSSESSION approved a plan of reorganization) that does not mean that the court will uphold this. "Those of us who hold shares of STLC have and still believe STLC has asset value well in excess of valuations given to the bankruptsy court" (my belief also, please read my post again) There are a few other points you have not tried to ridicule Also you never addressed the Question as to who's side are you really on. Why do you feel so betrayed while waving the white flag so vishiously (lets don't talk about how to spell that) LETS TALK-BEARS I Remain a BULL with a spear in my back. God Bless America. Pat
