Annual Shareholders Meeting - 03/27/98

Bret,

Thanks for the link. It beats my old SEC Edgar search engine as it
provides daily information and a watch list function. Again thanks!

Price & Volume Activity

Bret,

The upward price movement may be in anticipation of the upcoming earnings announcement. This is the only known factor at this time as I posted in reply #188.

Message 3519262

Other possible causes of price appreciation are IMHO - Shareholders Meeting SEC filing, possible BETA contracts or an acquisition. Again, this is just my opinion as TASA has moved up in the past on these types of announcements or deals.

Regards,

Tom

Hi Bret,

My blood pressure, which was proportional to tasa's downward movement is reaching normal levels again.
I am very sceptical about tasa's rise in the moment. During the last days it was very easy to manipulate the price with a few thousand dollars. Nevertheless I am appreciating the the movement very much.
I fear that an acquisition could lead to another year of losses, like '97. Of course fundamentally such a step should be appreciated, but The EPS will be negative. Who knows how the market reacts on such news.

I think we will see this week whether something substantial was behind tasa's lift last week then we will see the 1$, or we will fall back to old levels.

Best regards Ralph!
