I think you need to go to the cashier menu (make sure you are not using the real version - just in case) and give yourself some more money. That should do it.

The practice mode can be used over and over again. There shouldn't be any problems restarting the program. If you run out of moohlah...just go back to the cashier and get more money. Be careful though, its really easy to spend all that playdough! What do you think of the software?
