Rob, Greenlaw sounded very defensive when I spoke with him. In part that may be attributable to the fact that he called my office number (I'm an attorney) and my secretary typically answers with "Law Offices of....". In any event, I began by asking him about the shortfall and when it first discovered (he said he could not answer because they were still investigating it); I asked about the reason for the shortfall, i.e. was it theft (same answer), etc, etc. He gave me the same answer or variation thereof to each question (it's alot easier when they're on the stand and you have a judge who has the power of contempt over them). I finally asked him to have PINO call me, and PINO did call me later in the day but I was in court. I'll track him down on Monday. I should be able to retrieve a copy of the class action complaint and post it here sometime next week. regards
