Oh my! I fear I may have cracked a rib. But joking aside, I find all this so very comforting. Let me see if I've understood: doing what THEY want is the important thing. Never mind policy. Is taht it? I confess I'm still a bit perplexed by this: beginning to answer to a question with a reassurance that you share the ultimate goal of the person challenging you (assuming a decent goal can be identified)... Am worried. HOW, exactly, can we be sure a decent goal is/can be/has been identified? What constitutes a "decent goal"? And if none is identified/detected, how can the Pivot be effectively used? These are, I believe, urgent questions. Why am I weirdly reminded of Scientology?
