Wallace: Why Domenico was chosen to be the lead in the class action is a mystery. There are many others who could make a better case for being damaged. I personally know one of them. However, the lawsuit is not to be taken lightly. It is a serious matter and will cost Novell time and money to defend whether they win or not. This is time and money that could be better spent on other endeavors. We'll have to wait and see how this will affect Novell. We might hope that Novell's ratings will parallel Clinton's and go up as a result of the attention.
