Call me Ishmael. I don,t care everyone calls me something different. To the issues. Thanks for the links. Havn't figured out how to do that yet.
Did not give a thorough read to the law articles, but a prliminary glance states.

1) Concessions in Reserved areas:
Do not grant the right to freely dispose of or transfer their correspodent property rights save with prior consent.

2) VENHeadline Electronic news.
Donoghue and Carson. Present only one side of the story and defend only the positon of KRY, while in the same article denouncing at every oportunity the position of PDG. Too Biased in my humble opinion.

3)I may be in error on some details but by not apealing in 1989 ? KRY and its affilliates gave up any right to question the decision and as a result their application to nullify is invalid ?Please appreciate that I didn't have much time to read indepth, the legal breifs.

4)GLR's application was withdrawn from CSJ because at first it was thought to be required and had to be submitted within 24 hrs. It was found to be unneccesary and withdrawn.

5)PDG is right in suspending operations until legal clarification. This allows KRY time to fully present its case and have it finished once and for all. Talk of restructuring the legal system in Venuzuela is important as the law must change along with the times and the new requirements. As for wether changing the politicians will change anything I don't know, this often is a prelude to revolution.

6)All legalities aside as I have said before. The goverment of Venuezuela will do that which is in it's best intrest. More important than the legal ramblings of an inept to say the least, judicial system.

Thanks again for the links. TTYL Scott PS is PDG in the stands or just waiting to play in the next game ?
