DD, the Drudge report is being led down a primrose path on this one. I agree with Rush's idea: The last thing Clinton wants is for Starr to resign or be fired or taken off the case, because then the WH would be obligated to either calm down or else commense shoveling dirt on the next IC who takes Ken's place.

Justice doesn't just get suspended because the target "gets in a rage". Nope, not at all. This "rage" by Clinton is all posturing in order to evoke sympathy from the public -- because if he's guilty of something serious, and Congress feels obligated to administer a little civics lesson in humility, then Clinton's only defense left will be to hope that the public support will cause Congress to back off. This guy Clinton is so transparent it's humorous.
