David, Thanks for th URL. I'll go take a look. As you can probably tell, it's been a while since I tuned in to Rush's show. <vbg> Of course, not too long ago, someone had to explain to me that some guy whose name I didn't recognize and now can't remember off hand is the editor of Rolling Stone. So you can see, my ignorance of public figures is equal-opportunity ignorance. I understand the difference between then and now and the reasons some things were worded as they were in the Constitution. I think it is to the framers' credit that the Constitution can be amended to reflect the times without throwing out the entire document. Unfortunately, in recent times, that is what some in power seem to be doing, and, sadly, with the blessings of some of the more vociferous factions. Holly
