Yes, oral sex is against the law in many states. But there are many such laws still 'on the books' but not enforced. Ex: It's still a hanging offense to be caught carrying wire cutters in Texas. (Passed during the Range Wars in the 1800s) I'm sure Duncan Idaho knows of many other such laws. There's probably a web site somewhere. Imagine the ridicule and hilarity if legislatures introduced legislation making oral sex legal-I can just visualize it on the news now.
