The suffix "TR" is for the country Turkey. Thus, I suspect that the language is Turkish.

In previous centuries, Turkish was written using the Arabic alphabet. Earlier this century, they switched to using the Latin alphabet (perhaps in an attempt to draw closer to Europe). This might have been carried out under the leadership of Kemal Atatrk, the founder of Modern Turkey, who ruled 1923-38, or it might have happened a little earlier.

dave a question for you on the net+arm product.. if the co. had several design wins and subsequently shipped proto-types out to potential buyer's, what is the best guess in terms of beta testing and subsequent purchase orders???
