HELLO ATTY GREEN,

I BELIEVE THAT WE SHOULD CONTINUE TO COMMUNICATE ON THIS THREAD ALONG WITH E-MAIL IF NECESSARY. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT POTENTIAL FIRST TIME INVESTORS OF CCEE ARE AWARE OF THE ALLEGED FRAUD, POOR MANAGEMENT, HUGE SALARIES/BONUSES TO THOSE HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO RUN A PROFITABLE COMPANY, AND THE LIKELYHOOD OF LOOSING ONES HARD EARN DOLLORS.
I BELEIVE THAT EVERY CCEE INVESTOR SHOULD CONTACT CCEE IMMEDIATELY AND DEMAND JR., AND SR'S RESIGNATION!!! I TO HAVE A BIG STAKE IN THIS COMPANY AND I FEEL THAT WE AS SHAREHOLDERS WILL CONTINUE AT GET RIPPED OFF BY JR., AND SR., AS LONG AS WE ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN!!!! THE COMPANY STILL HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY 3- E-MAILS OVER THE LAST 30DAYS. I INCLUDED MY E-MAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS FOR ANY-ONE FROM CCEE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING OUR CONCERNS OR REFUTING MY ACCUSATIONS!!! I WILL ATTEMPT A PHONE CALL TO JR., AND SR., MONDAY AND ADVISE!!!!

Thanks for your response, unlike what many here might believe, I find no fault with the company... My belief is that the company just might not be as "extraordinary" as those here might wish it to be or say it is.. What if the the people in charge have done a good job with what they really have? They bought Softworks, without that purchase, where would we be? I'm just tired of hearing about hundreds of millions in revenue from hyping posters, who probably have never even used the software.. Frankly I wrote my investment off along time ago and I currently think the stock at these levels is a spectacular trading buy... I'm not what you think I am.... Because I mix it up with Rick does that make me a "Rick"? I would hope you of all people would not label anyone in this matter... Are you sure that that the current executive team is the problem? Or is the problem, the problem that all companies experience no matter who's in charge, competition, resources, marketing, product etc..

Gary,

Nice post. I'll bet your finger start to blur when you're typing.

I agree with your stance on this matter. I assume you've been getting emailed directly as I have only one short epistle to forward to you.

Indeed, the nefarious, MM conspiracy theory posted ad nauseam by a name that will never be kind to my ears again when watching Ozzie and Harriet, is one taco short of a fiesta. To call someone subscribing to this as a bona fide idiot is too kind and insults the intelligence of all the bona fide, bona fide idiots in this world.

What you are proposing is simply what we all know needs to happen if CCC is going to succeed and maintain the heights most of us here believe it can. I've certainly been vocal enough about this stream of consciousness on SI.

The true future of CCC is now being molded. History of present management has taught us there is a high likelihood they will break that mold in the growth process. The idea is not for them to go away, but graciously acknowledge the future of Computer Concepts and its shareholders now need to be put in more erudite hands.

George

I meant:

Nice post. I'll bet your fingers start to blur when you're typing.

When I read my post back this morning it seemed I may have been implying you were using a bit of mono digital sign language when typing your thoughts about Bohemia. Nay, it was just a typo. I was just saying I'll bet you type very fast. It was late and I have a monstrous case of the flu. I have no excuses for the rest of my posts over the past 2 1/2 years.

Hello Atty Green,

Just wanted to let you know that I had a 20 minute conversation today with Gary Kolesar whom is now the VP of Investor Relations, has been with the company for more than 9 years, and had also held the CFO position of CCEE. When I called CCEE, I asked for DelGiorno, JR or SR. , the secretary stated that they may be in a meeting, was on hold for about 3minutes at which time Mr. Kolesar took the call. As addressed our concerns with Mr. Kolesar, pointing out that the stock has plummeted from about $10 per share to 3/8, during the last 9yrs and that there are alot of investors that have been hurt badly from CCEE"S share value. I also pointed out the high salaries and bonuses paid for inferior work. To make a long story short
even with Mr. Kolesar's enthusiasm and all the future big deals on the horizon I am still uncomfortable with JR., and SR. running the company unless what Kolesar predicts comes to pass with-in the next 30-60days. Apparently, there new consultant Mr. Cavanio, will turn the company around with his expertise and connections. Mr., Kolesar stated that the 4th quarter will be profitable and SOFT WORKS alone should push the stock over $1.00 thus avoiding DELISTING although Kolesar stated that a reverse split would kick in
if necessary if the stock did not meet NASDAQ requirements. Mr. Kolestar is for the reverse split as according to him would attract institutional investors needed to increase share prices. Reverse splits 9 times out of 10 usually have the opposite effect. I asked Mr. Kolestar to respond to our concerns on SI, he stated is unable to do so because of potential law-suits. He stated 2 suits against the company were settled out of court recently with out admitting any quilt. Delisting will occur about May 13, 1998 if the company still can not get the job done. I say that we we give JR and SR until that date,
if they still can't get the job done after 10 years of trying let's get em out
and replace ASAP just as you would do in any other company including, football, baseball, basketball, etc etc etc.
