Seems like the extra cash is to help out with their being unable to crank out enough batteries for the Mitsubishi notebook computer. Here's a customer all lined up, who had to redesign with another supplier because ULBI couldn't deliver enough product. Gathering the resources to go after a known customer (plus HP selling the same model) seems like it could only be good in the long term. Any short-term downside (dilution) is probably going to be swamped by the general market downtrend anyway, if we come back to Dow <8000 over the next 6 weeks.
