Satyr... I agree with you. The trend is down and I see nothing on deck that will turn it around short term. As for conspiracies, manipulation, analysts facing termination for their opinions, and the likes..well, I prefer to be a little more realistic. As I've said before, deluding one's self in the market can be dangerous and costly. Stephen

You are right SSB did not ask you to sell, but it pumped out story which is false, that is what I feel uncomfortable with. As an analyst, you should know your comments in public will have an impact on the decision of some investors, so your source of information should be
dependable and true. If the analysts take advantage of their professionals to manipulate the
market with untrue stories for their own benefit, then it is an unforgivable "CRIME".
What is different between insider trading and manipulation of those analysts or brokage houses ? You tell me ? The insiders take advantage of their positions in the company to make
profit for themselves, it is counted as crimes by SEC. The analysts manipulate the market by
pumping out untrue stories for their own profit, can this be counted as crime too ? Certainly ,
everyone has the right to talk about the market and put out stories just like what we are
doing on this thread, but if your professional is a stock analyst or stock broker, you do not have this right . Honest and truth is the only way to make a reliable analysis, especially for those professional stock analysts.
