Okay, good, Bill. There are always a few horror stories every year where some kind person has befriended a homeless or somehow helpless person, and they are found stabbed or bludgeoned to death with their belongings all missing. I think that is so sad, to spend your whole life being open and helpful, and then in its final moments to realize you are going to die because you tried to help someone. You bring up a good point. Anything anyone, individuals or the government, can do to stabilize people before they become homeless is very important, because there is usually rapid psychological and physical decline just because of the cold, the indignities and the lack of privacy living publicly. It is really hard to come back from experiences like that.
