Max, saw your post about Clayton Homes. If you are still long on DHI, then why would you want to add another home builder to your portfolio?

Max 90, CMH looks real good.I think it is in a sector that is going to be very good in the next few months. Nothing wrong with picking a few solid stocks in a hot sector.

I would think this one would create the short term cash flow that you are looking for. Good Luck
