All: Well, at the risk of getting flamed a bit, I want to bring up the subject of FTEL's new Tempest Fax. According to Frank Peters, this is the first 'IP' format fax available for the internet. How significant is that? How will DCTC's Cyberfax compare to FTELs? I'll admit to owning both companies, although we are all aware that there are some negative vibes between them, and between stockholders of each. Now wait until I get my helmet on, then fire away.

Dear Joe:
Yep you guessed it ,the shareholder letter. However,I will add that
switches do take three to four months from order to delivery;but
you will see that you can get up and running while waiting for the
swicthes by placing large deposits with the local Ptt to use their
switches and lines in the meantime'
Thanks
