Mr. Davis: Who are you to suggest Mr. Pink has violated rule 10b-5?

You miserable newsletter writer. Do you put your money where your big mouth is? Which remark in particular constitutes stock manipulation?

Have you read the Ha'aretz article which clearly lays out Aharoni's criminal past where he fled his native Israel in the middle of the night leaving his creditors holding the bag?

Mr. Pink is a good samaritan helping save people from financial ruin. He suggests that you belong tutoring elementary school classes about the market. These seem to be the only people that know less than you about investing.

You sir, are a fool.

Mr. Pink

Interesting article. You have summed up the ACRT situation pretty well. I do have a couple of questions, being a neophyte in such matters.

1. Do you really believe that one a.k.a. Mr. Pink can, by himself, trash a stock on these internet threads? (I find it hard to believe but perhaps I don't have a grasp on the real exposure going on here)

2. What do you think of Individual Investor's selection of ACRT as one of the top 25 prospective gainers for 1998 given your statement that you would have sold out in mid 1997 or earlier? (I know your e-mail inquiry stated that ACRT was the top pick, but I don't believe they designate their picks by ordinals. I think they do it alphabetically, with the aid of a dart board.)

Welcome to the thread and I must say your post was a breath of fresh air. Mr. Pink has not selected those who will sit in judgement yet. If I were you, I would be prepared for jury duty.

Mr. Davis: For an HBS grad you must feel bad to have spent 7 years of your life at a bucket shop of a firm. From 1989 (the first year for which pricing is available until you left (or were you fired? the stock dropped from $4.00/share to $1.50 after spending most of that time below a buck.

Who are you to criticize Mr. Pink?

Get the facts before attacking the integrity of Mr. Pink, Sir.
If you have done no work on ACRT, why say the stock is due for a bounce? Your colorful chart suggests that ACRT has dropped below its intrinsic value. What is your methodology? Please, do your work before confusing good people with your superficial remarks.

Indignantly, Mr. Pink

p.s. you are invited to the trial on Wednesday. Do not leave the country as you may be deposed to testify.

Bob,

Regarding my earlier post, I don't think you will have to worry about jury duty next week. It seems that you have touched a pink nerve.

Bob, sorry about the harsh tone of the prior two posts. Mr. Pink has been having a bit of a bad hair day and your remarks in your article rubbed Him the wrong way.

You might check back to the "press conference" for where most of the substantive facts revealing the magnitude of the suspicious activity carried on by the ACRT crew is set forth.

Sorry again, but Mr. Pink is a bit tired of being accused of being a manipulator when He predicted the spectacular fall of the company and thus has saved people who sold over $80 million in ACRT losses. His own modest honorarium for providing the service only about a million.

Welcome to the thread.

Mr. Pink

Mr Bob Davis,

Thanks for allowing us to look at your newsletter.

I do have a question about this bear rape thing you talked about. Since I am from the South it seems very interesting to me. Now if I understand it a short person or a group of short people sell some stock that they have borrowed from some very nice people. This makes the price of the stock go down and also makes these very nice people mad so they go out and do a bear rape.

My question is how short do these people have to be? Since I am over six feet tall does that mean that I have to do a bull rape? I hope not because that seems more dangerous to me.

Mr Davis? Are you there Mr Davis??? Are you hiding in Napiggy Mr Davis???? MR DAAAVVVIIISSS????
