Just when things start get good, you run off to watch TV. <vvbg> Did you read the very recent posts on this thread in which Reagan and his gunshot wounds and his recently telling the world of his developing Alzheimer's were discussed? As an aside, I remember Reagan's telling some sort of joke that was thought to be insulting to several ethnic and religious groups. I can't remember the joke off hand, but remember that it included ducks. Anyway, after Reagan was advised of the possible negative reactions to this joke by certain segments of the citizenry, he apologized publicly and profusely to any and all of those he might have inadvertently offended. About this time, the LA Times ran a political cartoon showing Reagan surrounded by a flock of ducks, saying to the ducks, "I want to apologize for . . ." Holly
