Arik es posible, pero wave 5's are pretty vertical, so I don't think there will be more than a two hundred point correction/trading range, creating a bullish flag pattern for a leg that will be more vertical than wave 3. More thoughts on Gold: Both Gold and Silver had dramatic blips at the end of last week. I believe that Gold will now run to test the upper channel the-privateer.com for an attempt to break 320 in the next few days/weeks, If it doesn't (I don't think it will) the following scenario is in place. After looking at the dollar chart, I feel that the dollar will zoom (could be some see-saw behavior before breaking topside) and confidence increases worldwide in the US economy and Gold will be pummelled into a 5th wave submission straight down to 240-50 area. Here are my wave counts WAVE 1--2/96 - 7/96 WAVE 2--7/96 - 11/96 WAVE 3--11/96 - 12/8/97 (you can see a clear five wave pattern in this wave three) WAVE 4--12/8/97 - 1/24/98 consolidation phase WAVE 5--1/24/98 - 6/24/98??? vertical collapse with a spike bottom There are many similarities in the SOFT micro and the SOFT Yellow chart and I think we will see the transfer from paper to hard assets. bwdik Joke for the day: What did Bill Gates wife say to him on his wedding nite?
