Blick: Perhaps unintentionally, your reply referred to "3 Shares of L3 for one Share of Kiewit "D" which would imply there are two different kinds of shares-- Level3 and Kiewit D. My understanding is that this is not the case. Kiewit D(iversified) changed its name to Level3.
Therefore, Level3 and Kiewit "D" are one in the same.

Isn't this the case?
