This is the highest close since Oct. 24, 1997. We have traded
an estimated 2,300,000 shares at prices less then 17 since
Oct 24, 1997. Around 1/3 of the float should be enough for
a base.

Closing over 17.375 would confirm we are headed towards New highs.

I believe that number also coincides with the price for exercising of the convertibles, and an option strike price for management incentives.

Another Gap with the trend today.
