Re: Nomai Tests

I think it's obvious (based on the injunction ruling) that the judge thought Iomega's "test" results were as dubious as I do. I eagerly await Nomai's own scientific tests to be presented in a court of law.
Don't forget, part of the judge's ruling lifting the injunction was stated to the effect of Zip drive failure did not need the presence of Nomai discs to occur. The drives and discs failed even with Iomega Brand discs only.

Allen, didn't the judge say that the test were conducted under adnormal conditions, like elevated temperature, and that IOM didn't show what the affects of the tests would be under normal usage? Therefore, the judge ruled in favor of Nomai.
