I am assuming the board voted for it. The result of not approving the split would be moving to the Nasdaq small cap board. The company does not want this to happen, so expect the news to be reaching shareholders soon. It is my understanding that shareholders must approve a reverse split. The split will be 1 for 4 or one for 5. Shareholders will vote in early May most likely, with the split taking place immediately following the vote.
