***off topic*** Has Multiple Species Habitat Horrors hit your area? We would like to buy some land some day and build and have a small home business on it. But little by little the govt is taking all property rights away (I have a sneaking suspicion its about to happen to property I own in Northern Cal...afraid to make the phone call to find out.). Its dangerous now to buy any land unless you are going to be putting in the septic system and well and putting down the foundation that day! Freeus
