You will Take a Deep Breath, and discover that Bill Clinton is still the president. You will further discover that his popularity rating in the polls is high. And that Ken Starr is widely perceived to have overstepped his brief(s) by a longshot. I am sorry to tell you this, Duncan. I know you will be upset.
