As a longtime "browser" of this thread, it has amazed me at how accurate your predictions have been.

With the focus now on "THE SUIT", it is interesting to see Corel management stating that this could consume management resources and have a material impact on earnings if the outcome is negative. Sounds to me like management is very concerned...

Looking back at all of the revenue neutral Java deals made (but which impacted the top line prior to adjustments) , I wonder whether the right rocks are being turned over. Has anybody ever asked why the first multi-million dollar Java deal occured with a start-up called Sanga which had "nothing but vapor" at the time? ...whose CEO at the time was Lisa Kenkel, ex-Corel corporate counsel??...who was buddies with Carey Stanton, Corel's deal maker???

Interesting and unfortunate times for Corel...someday someone will write a book or a case study about this. "Opportunities Lost" maybe?
