"6] Matty and David have learned that EchoMedia/Zulu-Tek is spending money remodeling their 2 story office building to turn it into a Research and Development center, headed up by Tom Burgess, Director of Development. And the Corporate offices have indeed been moved out of Rhode Island just as ZULU-Tek had reported."

For the record, it was Friday and we did not go into the lower half until about 4 P.M. Point of interest. I did not see one construction worker, no tools, or equipment. Should have looked at the building permit in the window to see how dated it was. Cement floor and unfinished drywall walls and ceiling.

>a little known periodical called WIRED.

little known? what planet are you on?

the only thing that kept this stock from hitting 20
cents today is that the wired articles havnt show up
on the newswires, so only websurfers no what's going on.

there's no chance in hell the company will issue any
kind of press release denying these charges, because it
will only draw attention to the article that they
hope people havnt seen!

SORRY FOR MY PESSAMISM WHEN I STRUGGLE FOR OPPOSITE, BUT WHERE IS YOUR POINT? MATTY G? DID YOU EVER VERIFY THAT THE BOTTOM FLOOR RENOVATIONS WERE FOR NETZ? OWNED BY/LEASED BY NETZ? OR VACATED BY DEFAULTING NETZ?
NOT A CRITICISM, JUST A QUESTION. WHAT IS YOUR NET BOTTOM LINE ON THIS WHOLE ISSUE-SELL/BUY????
