Northstar !!!. You have been a long term holder and you must have done a lot of DD before purchasing shares a long time ago. The stock was definitely beaten to death in the past few years and i owned some at a $2 level and sold for a loss as i suspected that it would drift a lot before this company either goes under or makes it big. Alot of times its a hard choice to make to hold or sell... See you must have reminded yourself again and again of the talent this co. has in terms of outstanding research.... Let me go on and remind you that the stock never lived up to the expectation because of the fact that the numbers stunk in terms of revenues quarter by quarter. But their research continued and they exceeded expectations in terms of FDA approvals for catheters and stents alike. Now a lot of their products are ready for sale. This is a turnaround point for the company as they will be OEM suppliers. Also this means they get the opportunity to perfect manufacturing of these devices and become a leader in manufacture of these products. Also such price levels in the stock makes this Co. an ideal candidate for a takeover/merger for a company powerful enough and with a market for these products. That was not enough for the stock to stay up as revenues is what all are looking for and the situation brightens up day by day as they are penetrating deeper markets by forging alliances/ signing big distribution agreements and manufacturing the similar types of devices for other companies at a cost effective price....The Co. will make money. In the meantime it is a great opportunity to average down. But if you still feel this stock is a crock you should strongly consider selling and go to the next opportunity. regards, Sri.
