TW, it seems to me-they have two choices, either reverse-split or increase the number of authorized shares. They will have to do one of the two, in order to fulfill their obligations to APS and the remaining debenture holders..DD

Twest, When I talked to Chip a few weeks ago he told me that a reverse split was not part of the Co. plans at this time . He said that if it did occur it would be when the stock reached $1.00+ a share, which he thought would take about a year. FWIW. Best regards, Bob M.
