That's a ridiculous statement. How many books have you ordered from Amazon? I have bought approximately 20 titles and am very satisfied with their deliveries (and prices). On one occasion ( for a hard to find book) the delivery took longer than 3 days and when that occurred AMZN waived shipping charges.

>>People will not put up with 2 month waits
to get a book. This is the norm for Amazon. Big
name, Small company. <<

Do you have any stats to support this? I've used Amazon.com quite a bit and have been really pleased with the level of service. I'm holding a number of shares that I bought the day of IPO, and expect to continue to hold. I won't claim that the company is or is not reasonably valued, just speculating that the Amazon brand may someday command big earnings. If their service level is demonstrably worse than the competition, brand value is obviously diminished or even destroyed.
