VVUS needs to stop running the ads and revise them according to the FDA notice. Whip is 100% correct, the interpretation of these ads is really very subjective. However, since the FDA Direct to The Consumer ad guidelines are new, the FDA is taking a very conservative stance on all pharmaceutical consumer advertising. I expect VVUS will revise the ads and be up and running within two weeks. I am surprised that VVUS has not issued a press release on this matter. BigKNY3
