yep...

take a look at the oils..they seem to be coming back after being beaten up...
FGII is one that broke through a dma (cant rememeber off the top of my head..how many days it was) and has held it...

btw, what about when an equal amount of strike prices are overvalued and undervalued on a stock????
or are you looking at "at the money"

Electric,

if you say DELL is overvalued do you mean

a) the options are to cheap for the price of the stock OR
b) the options are to expensive for the price of the stock???

And which options, puts or calls???

TIA

Lisa,

If one looks at the chart today, I posted it at nearly 1 EST.... and look at it.. it dropped a point there after..

Another thing is I am not 100% sure on this... I think this might be a sentiment indicator... like a trend indicator.. back when i was calling it, it was always undervalued... and I lost out on my puts right after that.. and now here is the ending analysis:
**IBM**
APR100 5 5/8 5 5/8 ......
APR105 2 15/16 3 3/8 - 7/16
APR110 1 5/16 1 13/16 - 1/2
APR115 1/2 7/8 - 3/8
APR120 1/4 7/16 - 3/16

And it ended up for the day...

**MSFT**
APR 77 1/2 8 1/2 8 + 1/2
APR 80 6 3/4 6 1/8 + 5/8
APR 82 1/2 5 4 5/8 + 3/8
APR 85 3 3/4 3 3/8 + 3/8
APR 87 1/2 2 1/2 2 7/16 + 1/16
APR 90 1 7/8 1 5/8 + 1/4

This may mean lower tomorrow, it really moved up fast..

**DELL**
APR120 17 3/8 16 1/2 + 7/8
APR125 14 5/8 13 3/8 + 1 1/4
APR130 12 1/8 10 7/8 + 1 1/4
APR135 10 1/2 8 3/4 + 1 3/4
APR140 7 1/2 6 7/8 + 5/8
APR150 4 5/8 4 1/8 + 1/2

Down maybe opening?? Or does this mean a bear trend???

This is open to wide subjection... anyone can comment here...

I think this is a valuable possibility...
