Buy back of stock is not that bad of an idea.

1. Company does have perhaps some excess cash. They already made their acquisition for the year.

2. They sold this stock for 34+, why not buy it back at 22+? Put it away in treasury for future employee stock options.

When NN and DEC stopped their OEM orders from MRVC ...
did they switch to another supplier?
Granted that MRVC lost the OEM orders in Q4 abruptly,
can we expect that MRVC's sales channels have quickly
offset this OEM order loss? If this is so, then emprically,
what is considered "lost" is just the packaging and the boxes,
albeit MRVC might have gotten better margins with the transition
from OEM orders to direct sales. Am I correct in making
such assumptions?
