Hardrocker,

I'm new here but I've been watching for a while. I'm in with 10,000 at .50. Wife thinks I'm crazy that this thing will ever turn out since I bought 200 shares several years ago at 2.50. I tell her to hold on because it's going to turn out. Beginning to have my own doubts but all you say seems so logical. I know it's only speculation but when in your opinion will this thing take off. At least then I can give her a time frame. She wants me to get out when it hits .50. I think if I can hold I could make a bundle. What's your opinion? Thanks for your time. You seem to be a very busy man according to past posts.

Hardrocker: Appreciate your reply; the deal as you suggest is on and will be out by weeks end. If sources are correct, what should it do for the stock? I figure mkt cap is at $10MM now and .10 - with this deal on table we should see a market cap of $25mm or .25 near term. Is that reasonable given your insight. Thanks

I am confident that AGT is plowing ahead with
SEGA and others as they indicated in last week's press
release and chat log. Usually what makes projection of
publishing date for news almost impossible to tell is
due to a never ending fine tuning effort by the LAWYERS
especially in AGT's case. I have in the past requested that they switch to another firm, maybe it will happen
someday.

Hardrocker I'm new to SI but not (sorry to say) agti. I feel everything
rides on cash flow. Have you heard anything about the sale of the
Branson property. A sale was in the works in Dec/Jan.

Hardrocker - The news (if it qualifies as news) will be out shortly, although we may be off a couple days (I doubt it). FYI - Branson properties are encumbered (AGTI took loans against it at least 1 for 1 under Silzer). If and when they sell it (hotel going up next to their land) there is not going to be a whole lot left over. Stock buyback is not feasible now....no cash. Company needs capital to take advantage of "deals" they have in pipeline. Their business model is capital intensive on the front in...but once units are on line its great. They need to finance that front end at a reasonable cost in order to build out their infrastructure. That is their challenge. With 100 million shares outstanding (they can't issue any more per their charter), the equity financing option is out. They don't need a homerun, just a few singles (positive cash flow that they can borrow against) and then it will be like a snowball going down a hill. Nieman is a great operator; knows the business and happens to know the people in Sega and the industry very well.
