Looked like a buying opportunity to me as well. Hope to see a good rebound. I would like to have some questions answered though, as I was holding already. It'll be interesting to find out what the ***** going on and who's running things since the Pres. has been given/taken a leave of absence.

I am the president of a medical billing company which uses a product that PCN acquired. I have clients in 6 states and bill $30 Million each year. My thoughts about PCN are mostly negative. Upon acquiring companies, their main objective is to get users of the software they acquire to migrate (switch) to the PCN product. I was
approached and told it would cost $40,000 to switch to their software and that if I did not switch I would be using a product which would no longer be enhanced or supported in the future. What PCN acquires when they take over a software competitor is a client list. They expect the migration to the PCN product and try to strong arm you into making the move. What PCN found out was that the number of people who are switching to their product is not living up to their expectations and
there are a lot of unhappy new clients. I think management has been deceitful and misleading about their intentions and that once they stop acquiring companies the stock will go the way Medaphis (MEDA) went. The PCN product is overpriced and managed by a less than honest group of individuals.
