<< S&P gives us the structure of the company at its beginning. The information that we have today supports what was originally laid out. What else do we have to base our decisions? >> I see, I think .. you say there are 100 miliion shares with the preferred right.. ok. So the preferred shares are not added to TOTAL authorized shares of 50 millions. Please correct me I am wrong. I am very weak in this area. Joe PTG&LI !!!
