cusip name change

is the name change from NetMaster to ZULU-tek. ( to clarify I do not know if this is what is meant by "merger") when this occurs, to my knowledge, the SEC "audits" the shares outstanding... all of them

correct me if I am wrong.

What's a cusip name change? Is the cusip number changing?

As per my understanding talking to the TA, Zulu has filed for a ticker name change. That entails a cusip # change as well.
